Couldn t believe how good the service was! Emailed at 8:40pm on a Sunday and had a reply back in minutes. They called at 9am the next morning, engineer was with us by 10, quotes presented to us 15 minutes later, and when we agreed, he got to work straight away. Work was done by 12! David, engineer, explained everything from his first site inspection. When completing the work he talked through exactly what would be happing. Locations he required access too and understood the complexity of the home. He ensured all areas remained tidy and removed all tools when no linger required. David was an absolute pleasure to have working within our home.
Your colleague was on time to the minute. He was polite, professional and after thorough testing he concluded that a tree in the garden had grown and obscured the satellite dish. He was very thorough and a callout charge was not made. Well done you.
